She also has deep experience in product and service development and optimization, as well as communications assessment for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Lenovo, Wells Fargo, and Wachovia. Like Kim, Cindy was a Partner at the highly-respected firm Momentum Market Intelligence. Before that she was VP at Market Strategies, where she ran the technology business unit and co-managed the Portland office. She was also Research Manager at Gordon S. Black Corporation in Rochester, New York. Cindy received her BA degrees in Business Administration and Advertising from Washington State.

He’s well-versed in both qualitative and quantitative techniques, and is especially familiar with concept testing, segmentation, brand equity assessment, and customer satisfaction studies. Before rsEdge, Dan was a Vice President at YouGov; his tenure there included a stint in YouGov’s Singapore office as the Research Director for APAC. He has also worked for Momentum Market Intelligence and Gartner’s Custom Research Division. Dan earned his MBA from the University of Washington.
