Kim has been bringing passion to market research for over twenty years, with no sign of letting up. She loves this work, which is why she and Cindy started rsEdge. Kim has specialized in pricing optimization, segmentation, new product research and buyer behavior studies for companies like Symantec, IBM, LexisNexis, and Xerox Corporation. She was an original founder of the renowned firm Momentum Market Intelligence. Before that she ran the high-tech business unit at Market Strategies as a Senior Vice President. She was also Director of Global Research and Strategy for PacifiCorp, which means she understands the client’s side of the business. Kim holds a BA and Masters degree from University of California, Berkeley.

With Cindy’s youthful energy for this business, it’s easy to forget she has nearly 20 years of experience backing her up. She’s an expert at concept optimization, positioning, brand imaging, and advertising evaluation. She also has deep experience in product and service development and optimization, as well as communications assessment for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Lenovo, Wells Fargo, and Wachovia. Like Kim, Cindy was a Partner at the highly-respected firm Momentum Market Intelligence. Before that she was VP at Market Strategies, where she ran the technology business unit and co-managed the Portland office. She was also Research Manager at Gordon S. Black Corporation in Rochester, New York. Cindy received her BA degrees in Business Administration and Advertising from Washington State.

We’re very happy that John Pendleton has dedicated his considerable brain to the field of market research. (FYI—John got his Ph.D. in biology from Yale University where he studied molecular evolution, development, and neuroscience.) He brings a broad background with a variety of clients to his role of Research Director. His extensive experience includes working in complex discrete choice pricing studies, segmentation, customer satisfaction, and product positioning. Before rsEdge, John worked with Cindy and Kim as a Senior Research Manager at Momentum Market Intelligence, and as a Senior Project Manager for Market Decisions Corporation.

Jeff earned his BS degree in Business Administration with a focus on research techniques and statistics from Oregon State University.
